well hello there 21.01.10 what a winter only just got started this week what with the snow and rain because we have put the chassis out side to weld up the box chassis last night we had a good go and done 3/4 .not bad for a late night and then loads of grinding and sanding to do .get the chassis to paint .we have to allso put in a cross brace in the middle to also be our prop hoop

moved onto the van two lift body of and remove the tacked chassis from below remove the axles and set  it up so we can weld it all up properly .well that was the planto start the year to build the 38 rain stoped play again as the amount of welding need to be done out side                                                             

25/12/09 happy xmas to you all a update the build has been slow lately due to the snow and ice on roads but we are this xmas hoilday going to stripe the dodge done now . the weld all the tacked on bite on good and proper i reckon there is over a 100 plus feet of welding .so here we go back to the start it will be so good to get the chassis rolling .This will be a good start to 2010 The rear shocker are now here and sorted out the fixings so all good got ideas for the cross member in the front of the chassis so all i hope for is a wind free day or towo and the 28 12 09 is the brass monkey run so  good and cold any way happy days

we have made a start on mounting the rear springs to a mount

12.11.09 more body work to day had to make the side shapes as it has aprofile to it at the bottom so we made some parts 

01.11.09 with the rear axle in place now ready for the big weld up.of we go on a build the body repairs not to much to do what we fort any way the bottom of the sides and the front a pillors as well not to bad

23.09.09 well i thinks we have found the place to fit the rear

axle and made the plates to mount loads of

measure and lining throo and all so sorted out were the panard is going too so it looking good

the panard is going to the rear at some working hight . 

090909 well what can i say slow and steady may be good to get it right is some job but we will do it waiting on some  coil overs and things like that  

01.08.09 time to  lift the body of. loads of wood and a home made tressel two jacks and a hole load of luck just have too make safe we mocked up the rear axle up so we can sort the pinnion angle and mount the arms and so on loads of measureing wheel base is right    20.07.09 we have now done the steering mounts again so that that good just prime and paint to a hi luster

18.07.09 hi the time is now on to get the dodge ready for a show but as a rolling shell so we need to get the  wheels on now to help .wenow remaking the rack

 mounts again as we felt that they did not look as good .so of with the sumbframe again to cut of and set up the new ones this will be the last time .then the rear axle build even if is just layed on the chassis to get it there .so of with the body and start that job goody.we have a new column bush made for the lower end .so that good .we had one week away from the build due to a show some one wanted to go .i will have some picks of the mount when i have finished making them 

02.06.09 we have now going to do the fill in plate down the chassis now .so we layed in the plate we have made  Bolted the engine and gear box in to aline the plate and then taked then  in place when we remove the engine box and the body we can spend a happy hour or two welding and grinding to shape . we have now removed the front clip to help with the work all so we need to finish off the rack mounts as well .Hoping to get the body off .

15.06.09 not to much this week.made the column holder .cut to length as well.had a play with steering wheels to find the one for the job.a lot had to go in a space of 9 inches handbrake.three pedals.column.two master cylinders but we did it . all the pedals are running on there own two bearing 24 needle roller cage bearings for a smooth action a lot of work to do .no one said it would be easy one head ache  gone

05.06.09 hello time for a new page and  pics as you can see we have done it a pedal box in the car .just go to sort out what type of feet to have. and  the hand brake is all so in just to sort the throttle out.
